Four years ago, the Lubinsky brothers of the United States reorganized the International Committee for the Preservation of Har Hazeisim. Joined by communal leaders, they decided to preserve the historic site, end the Arab vandalism of tombstones and make it safe for Jews to visit a cemtery that is 3,000 years old.
